摘  要:[目的]研究不同浓度外源钾对马铃薯块茎贮藏期间几种酶活性的影响。[方法]在大田栽培条件下,以马铃薯(Solanum tuberosumL.)陇薯3号为材料,叶面喷施不同浓度的外源钾,通过比较块茎在贮藏期间酶活性的变化,研究喷施外源钾对马铃薯休眠生理代谢的调控效应。[结果]4.05 kg/hm2的钾处理可以极显著降低取样末期块茎内淀粉酶和升高多酚氧化酶活性的活性,并显著升高过氧化物酶活性;8.1 kg/hm2的钾处理可提高取样末期块茎内过氧化物酶活性并显著提高取样末期块茎内酚氧化酶活性。[结论]研究结果对了解外源钾在马铃薯块茎休眠期间的作用,以及促进外源钾在马铃薯上的应用具有重要意义。[Objective] To investigate the effects of exogenous potassium on the activities of enzymes in potato tuber during storage.[Method]Under field cultivation conditions,different concentrations of exogenous potassium were sprayed on the leaves of Longshu No.3,through comparing the enzyme activities in potato tuber during storage,the regulation of dormant physiology of potato by the foliar spraying of exogenous potassium was studied.[Result] 4.05 kg/hm2 exogenous potassium could significantly reduce the activities of amylase and increase the activities of polyphenol oxidase and peroxides;8.1 kg/hm2 exogenous potassium treatment could increase the activities of a peroxides and significantly improve the activities of polyphenol oxidase.[Conclusion]The research results were of great significance to understanding role of exogenous potassium in the dormancy regulation of potato tuber and promoting its application to potatos.
