摘　　要：由于证明标准在诉讼证明活动中居于重要地位,因此,在我国诉讼法学界,有关证明标准问题的讨论未有间断。该文试图从微观经济学的视角出发,运用边际成本—收益模型对民事证明标准最优化问题进行研究,提出应针对不同民事证明对象设置不同盖然性程度的证明标准体系。As the proof standard plays an important role in the litigation proof, there have always been debates on the proof standard. This paper attempts to use marginal cost-profit model in microeconomics to examine the optimization of the civil proof standard and develop systems of proof standard with different probabilities.
