摘　　要：创新是高新技术产业集群的重要特征之一,创新贯穿贯穿其产生、发展过程的始终,是高新技术产业集群保持持续竞争力的源泉和关键动力,风险投资作为高新技术产业创新的投入,对促进高新技术产业集群的创新绩效和产业集群的成长具有重要的作用。为此,该文以风险投资为视角,探讨了风险投资对高新技术产业集群创新绩效的动力机制,以期有利于集群区域创新网络的建设。Innovation is one of the important characteristics of the high tech industry cluster,which has run through the process of the cluster emergence,development, which also is the source and key dynamic of sustainable competitiveness of the high-tech industry cluster. Risk investment can provide capital for the high-tech industry,which could promote the high-tech industry cluster＇s innovation performance and play an important role of high-tech industry cluster＇s growth. This paper discusses the dynamic mechanism of risk investment to the innovation performance of high-tech industry cluster,so as to contribute to the construction of the cluster＇s regional innovation network.
