Cripto-1高表达以及E-cadherin低表达与晚期胃癌转移有关  

Positive Association of Up-regulated Cripto-1 and Down-regulated E-cadherin with Tumor Metastasis in Advanced Gastric Cancer

摘　　要：目的联合分析Cripto-1和E-cadherin在胃癌中的表达情况,并进一步确定Cripto-1的上调以及E-cadherin的下调与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法免疫组化检测75例胃癌组织的Cripto-1和E-cadherin的表达情况。结果 Cripto-1在胃癌组织中高表达(48%,36/75)与远处转移、TNM分期相关,而E-cadherin的缺失表达(68%,51/75)与淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关。综合分析Cripto-1以及E-cadherin的表达情况,重新分组后,Cripto-1(+)/E-cadherin(-)的肿瘤与淋巴结转移、远处转移以及TNM分期呈明显相关。结论联合检测Cripto-1与E-cadherin的表达能更好的分析胃癌转移情况。Objective To analyse the expression of Cripto-1 and E-cadherin,and the relationship between Cripto-1 up-regulation and E-cadherin down-regulation with gastric cancer biological behaviors.Methods Cripto-1 and E-cadherin expresion were immunohistochemically analyzed in 75 gastric cancer tissues.Results Up-regulated Cripto-1（48%,36/75）was associated with liver metastasis and late TNM stage.Down-regulated E-cadherin（68%,51/75）was associated with lymph node metastasis and late TNM stage.In combined evaluation of these two proteins,simultaneous up-regulated Cripto-1 and down-regulated E-cadherin（Cripto-1＋/E-cadherin-）in cancer were strongly associated with lymph node metastasis,liver metastasis and late TNM stage.Conclusion The combined examination of Cripto-1 and E-cadherin is useful in evaluating metastatic potential of gastric cancer.
