摘 要:目的探讨Hedgehog信号中的Gli1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法我院2008年5月—2010年6月收集的64例乳腺癌组织以及52例癌旁正常乳腺组织,采用免疫组化S-P方法测定乳腺癌组织中Gli1蛋白的表达情况。结果通过免疫组化分析,正常乳腺组织细胞中的Gli1蛋白无明显表达,而在乳腺癌组织中表达明显,二组比较有显著性差异(χ2=82.4731,P<0.01);Gli1蛋白在乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结有无转移中的表达有显著差异(χ2=23.3903,P<0.01),在Ⅲ期乳腺癌中的阳性表达率高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期乳腺癌(χ2=12.9067,P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌组织的发生演变的过程中Hedgehog信号在传导的通路中表现活跃,与乳腺癌的发生有密切的关系。Objective To investigate the Hedgehog signaling in Glil protein expression in breast cancer organization and explore its clinical significance. Methods The samples of 64 cases of breast cancer tissues and 52 cases of adjacent normal breast tissues were collected and assessed for Glil protein expression by using immunohistochemical SP method from May 2008 to June 2010. Results There was no significant expression of Glil protein in normal breast tissue cells, but there was significant expression of Glil protein in breast cancer tissues, and there was a significant difference (X2 = 82. 473, P〈 0.01). The expression of Glil protein in breast cancer patients with axillary lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients without axillary lymph node metastasis ( X2 = 23. 390, P 〈 0.01 ), and the expression of Glil protein in Stage Ill breast cancer was higher than that in I - lI breast cancer (;(2 = 12. 907,P〈0.01). Conclusions During the evolution of breast cancer, hedgehog signal transduction pathways are active and closely related to the incidence of breast cancer.
