摘　　要：精心制定人才培养方案是构建研究型大学本科创新人才培养体系的核心工作。本文以哈尔滨工程大学本科教学改革的探索与尝试为个案,对建立适应研究型大学需要的本科创新人才培养体系进行了探讨。The precise formulation of training program is the core of constructing the training system of undergraduate innovative talents in research universities.This paper takes the exploration and trail of undergraduate teaching reform in Harbin Engineering University as an example to explore how to adapt the training system of undergraduate innovative talents to the needs of research universities.
