摘　　要：高师实验技术队伍在高师发展中起着不可替代的重要作用。文中分析了山东省高师实验技术队伍现状、存在的问题和产生问题的原因,指出高师应进行实质性和突破性的改革,加强领导,重视培训,切实改善队伍结构,提高人员地位和整体素质,使高师实验教学队伍真正为学生从师技能的培养起到重要作用。The experiment technical team plays an important role in the development of high colleges. This article analyzes the present situations of the team, the existing problems and corresponding reasons. It also shows high colleges should carry on a substantive and unprecedented reform, improve the structure of them, and enhance personal status and the whole quality, so that they can truly play an important part in educating students＇ skills.
