摘　　要：随着国外有关机构知识库的研究主题正逐渐由机构知识库建设向内容与服务过渡,图书馆员应成为机构知识库学术数字资源的收集者、保存者、组织者和服务者,从而为机构知识库的可持续发展作出积极的贡献。With the relevant foreign institutional repository research subject is gradually from the construction of institutional repository to the content and service transition,librarians should become institutional repository academic digital resources collectors,preservation,organizers and services providers,thereby providing institutional repository of sustainable development to make positive contribution.
