摘  要:目的探讨三味檀香散水提液(ESWTX)对离体大鼠肺动脉血管环的舒张作用。方法采用大鼠离体肺动脉血管环张力记录法,观察ESWTX对去甲肾上腺素(NE)、氯化钾(KCL)引起的肺动脉血管环收缩作用的影响。结果 ESWTX能使NE和KCL引起的收缩血管平滑肌的最大收缩反应量效曲线分别下降(P<0.05),ESWTX对NE和KCL引起的收缩达峰值的离体肺动脉环有舒张作用(P<0.05)。结论 ESWTX的作用类似于维拉帕米,具有舒张肺动脉血管平滑肌的作用,其机制可能与拮抗钙离子有关。Objective To evaluate the effect of the aquatic extraction of Tibetan medicine Sanwei Tanxiang (ESWTX) on isolated pulmonary artery strips of rat. Methods Tension recording method of isolated pulmonary strips of rat was used to observe the effects of the ESWTX on vascular smooth muscles contraction caused by NE and KC1 . Results The ESWTX can decrease the contraction of vascular smooth muscles induced by KC1, NE and the mechanism was similar to Verapamil. The ESWTX was also has relaxation effect on isolated pulmonary artery strips which were reached the peak of contraction caused by NE and KCL. Conclusion The action of ESWTX was similar to the calcium channel inhibitor verapamil, which has dilative effect on vascular smooth muscle and its mechanism might be related to antagonic effect of calcium ion
