摘　　要：20世纪60年代,党中央决定在工业、交通部门试办托拉斯。邓小平对试办托拉斯工作作了许多讲话和指示,对试办托拉斯的必要性、目的、方法、原则等问题作了具体阐述,这些思想对于今天的国有企业改革具有重大的借鉴意义。In the sixties of the 20th eentury, the Party Central Committee decided to earry out enterprise trust experimentally in the section of industry and transportation. Deng Xiaoping published a lot of speeches and instruetious about this, which amplify in details the necessity, the aim, the methods and the prineiples of this experiment. Nowadays these thoughts still have significant implications to the reforms of our stateowned enterprises.
