摘　　要：美国著名翻译家提莫志克指出,翻译就其本质而言只能是一部分翻译,忠实地再现原文所有的信息根本不可能,诗歌的准确翻译就更不容易了。对丁尼生的一首短诗的两种译文进行评析,希望通过分析能对此诗有更深刻的理解。Tymocko, famous American translator, points out that translation is actually only the translation of part of the language because it is impossible to reproduce all the messages. It is even more difiqeuh to translate a poem. For profound understanding, this paper contrasts two Chinese versions of Break, Break, Break, a short poem of Tennyson.
