鸡屎藤挥发油化学成分分析

摘　　要：目的:测定鸡屎藤挥发油化学成分。方法:用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取鸡屎藤挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography and mass spectro metrometry,GC/MS)联用技术对鸡屎藤挥发油成分进行定量分析。结果:共鉴定出13种化学成分,其中含量最多的成分是棕榈酸(25.701%),其次为油酸(21.730%)、亚油酸(12.573%)、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(8.868%)。结论:鸡屎藤挥发油主要成分为棕榈酸。Objective：Determine constituents of volatile oil from Paederia scandens（Lour.）Merr.Methods：The constituents of volatile oil from Paederia scandens by steam distillation was determined by GC/MS.Results：13 components were identified in Gaultheria Yunnanens,and the main constituents are Palmitic acid（25.701%）,Oleic acid（21.730%）,Linoleic acid（12.573%）,2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol（8.868%）.Conclusion：Main components from Paederia scandens is Palmitic acid.
