板栗苞生物发酵栽培茶薪菇研究

摘　　要：利用板栗苞为培养料栽培茶薪菇,采取生物发酵、石灰水浸泡、直接拌料装袋3种原料处理方式,经熟料栽培管理,测定各培养料菌袋菌丝生长速度和子实体产量及生物学效率。结果表明:生物发酵与石灰水浸泡、直接拌料装袋的培养料相比较,差异均达到显著水平,板粟苞生物发酵栽培的茶薪菇菌丝生长旺盛、生物转化率较高。Adopt for fermentation,limewater soak,direct mixing materials bagging three kinds of raw material processing method were studied on chestnut bracts cultivation Agrocybe chaxingu,which clinker management culture,the bacteria bag hypha growth speed and fruit body yield and biological efficiency were determined.The results showed that fermentation and limewater soaking container,direct mixing materials were differences significant level.Bansu spathe fermentation cultivation of Agrocybe chaxingu hypha growth exuberant,biological conversion rate was higher.
