摘　　要：高职教育的供求主体是指与高职教育的供求相关的、有着自我本位预期的政府、社会组织(学校、企业)和个人。文章分析了供方政府和学校,需方企业和个人四方主体的利益构成及冲突博弈,提出了政府干预与调节的职能整合,企业与学校联手的合作整合,学校自身发展的优化整合等化解其利益冲突的整合对策。The main body of supply and demand in Higher Vocational education is supply and demand related in the government, social organizations（schools, businesses） and individuals. The paper analyzes the make of interests and the game of the government, schools and the businesses, individuals, then puts forward integration strategy of government, schools, joint cooperation integration and the school＇s own development optimize the integration of resolving conflicts of interests.
