摘　　要：合肥工业大学自1997年成为工程硕士授权单位以来,在工程硕士的培养方面积极探索,确立了以"应用型"为培养目标,以实践基地建设为载体,"产、学、研、用"联合培养的人才教育模式。在培养方案设置、教学改革、管理体制、学位论文要求等方面紧紧围绕培养目标进行调整和优化,形成了一套特色鲜明的工程硕士培养模式。Since 1997, the Hefei University of Technology has successfully implemented its Master of Engineering programs with a focus on production, learning, research and application, and trained competent professionals in collaboration with industry. Efforts have been made to reform its teaching and management to provide a high-quality and extraordinary education for its students.
