关于推进高职院校宿舍党建工作的几点思考

摘　　要：宿舍党建工作是高职院校学生党建工作的核心因素,目前存在队伍力量薄弱,组织管理不够健全,基础设施不够完备等问题。为此,我们应该构建三层四级式宿舍党组织管理新平台,以宿舍党支部为依托,多渠道开展思政工作,进一步突出党员的先锋模范作用,鼓励学生社团组织进宿舍,创建富有特色的宿舍文化。The party building in college dormitories is the key point in higher vocational colleges. At present, the main problems are as follows： weak workforce, unsound management and insufficient facilities. Therefore we should build new platform of dormitory party building, that is ＂three storey - four level＂. Based on the party branches in dormitory, more ways are used to carry out ideological work. This can further expose the exemplary vanguard role of party members, encourage the societies to come into dormitories and create special dormitory culture.
