摘　　要：为了保证公共服务正确的伦理价值取向,有效发挥公共服务伦理评价的效能,需要建立健全的伦理评价指标体系,必须以完善的制度为支撑,需要依靠严谨的组织工作来确保公共服务伦理评价工作的具体实施。In order to ensure the correct values of public services, the effectiveness of the ethical evaluation of the effectiveness of public services, we need to establish a sound ethical evaluation index system, we must establish a sound system for the protection of the need for a formal organization work, to ensure the concrete implementation of public service ethics evaluation.
