摘　　要：在高等教育大众化的背景下,成人高等教育的办学形势日趋严峻。分析了当前成人高等教育学生的特点及学生管理工作的现状,探讨了新时期成教管理的创新思路,认为更新教育管理理念,完善管理制度,创新管理手段,加强内涵建设,是扩大成人教育办学影响力,推进成人教育健康发展的重要途径。With the popularization of the general higher education in China,the problems of management in adult higher education are becoming increasingly serious.The following are some important ways to expand the influence of adult education management and promote its healthy development： analysis on the current characteristics of students of adult higher education and their management,renewing ideas of educational management,perfecting management system,innovating the management method,strengthening the connotation construction and effectively carrying out the student management of adult education.
