摘　　要：尊重式管理是把尊重理念引入管理领域促进人全面、自由发展的一种管理模式。尊重式管理内涵丰富,能充分拓展高校管理的视野,促进教育管理和谐、可持续发展,理应成为大学教育意蕴的管理理念。转变教育理念、营造人本性的管理环境、建设高素质的管理队伍、"人性化"执行各项管理制度是构建高校尊重式管理的路径选择。Respect--type management is a kind of management model which introduce the concept oi respect into management field to promote individual＇s all--around and free development. Respect--type management is rich in meaning, it can fully expand the vision of university management and do help to pro- mote the harmonious and sustainable development of education management, and it should become the management idea which implied in the university education. The way choice of establishing colleges and universities respect--type management includes changing the education ideas, creating a human--oriented management environment, building high--quality management team and implementing the management system humanizedly.
