多属性采购拍卖的竞争策略研究

摘　　要：针对越来越受到关注的多属性逆向拍卖竞争问题,在Che模型的基础上,考虑到采购商设置了一定的进入费用,建立了两个质量投标的多属性采购拍卖模型,同时基于采购商对供应商的类型具有一定了解的前提之下,给出了供应商的最优投标策略和采购商的最优得分函数,从而证明了该机制为最优直接拍卖机制,并在供应商类型服从[0,θ珋]上均匀分布的情况下给出了具体投标方案,最后通过实例加以验证,所得结论可以为采购商和供应商的决策提供一定的参考.Much attention was attracted to the competitive problem of multi-attribute reverse auction.Based on the Che′s model,a multi-attribute model of two quality characteristics was introduced with the entry fee.The paper gave the optimal bidding strategies of suppliers and proved the optimal scoring function of the auctioneer,so it is a direct and optimal auction mechanism.When the type of suppliers is identically uniform distributed over ,a specific scheme was made.Finally a numerical example verified the conclusion.It is useful for the buyers and suppliers to make decision in a procurement auction..
