外伤性晶体半脱位50例的手术治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性晶体半脱位的手术治疗。方法 50例(50眼)外伤性晶体半脱位患者采用晶体摘除联合前房内、前部玻璃体切除,重塑眼前段治疗;Ⅱ期行后房型人工晶体双袢双针缝线固定术。结果两次手术完成后,随访6月以上,矫正视力≥0.3者30眼(占60%),0.3～0.1者9眼(占18%),<0.1者11眼(占22%)。结论外伤性晶体半脱位治疗采用晶体摘除联合前房内、前部玻璃体切除术以及Ⅱ期行后房型人工晶体双袢双针缝线固定术是有效且理想的。Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of traumatic lens dislocation.Methods Clinical records of 50 patients（50 eyes） with traumatic lens in our hospital over the last 6 years were reviewed.All patients were treated with combined Methods of lens extraction,anterior vitrectomy,remodeling of anterior segment,and then received secondary implantation of two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens.Results After 2 surgeries and follow-up for 6 months,there were 37 eyes with corrected visual acuity more than 0.5（76%）,9 eyes with corrected visual acuity from 0.5 to 0.3（18%）,2 eyes with corrected visual acuity from 0.3 to 0.1（4%）,and 2 eyes with corrected visual acuity less than 0.1（4%）.Conclusions Lens extraction and anterior vitrectomy combined with secondary implantation of two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens is an effective and ideal method to treat traumatic lens subluxation.
