浅谈芬兰的职业技术教育

摘　　要：芬兰的职业技术教育是成功的。其主要做法有:倡导平等教育的理念;不断提升职业技术教育的学历层次;面向市场,重视培养学生的实践操作能力;建立政府—企业—学校三位一体的合作机制;形成尊师重教的社会氛围;加强学校自治和民主管理;建立科学的评估机制,完善质量监督体系。这些做法对促进我国职业教育体制改革有着重要的借鉴作用。Finland＇ s vocational and technical education is successful. The important measures include the following ： sparkpluging the notion of equal education, enhancing the educational background of vocational and technical education constantly, facing the market and attaching importance to cultivating students＇ ablitiy of operating practically, building the cooperation mechanism among government, enterprise and school, creating the environment of respecting teachers and valuing education, strengthening school self - control and democratic management, establishing scientific assessment mechanism, perfecting quality supervision system. All these methods have an important use for reference in promoting the reform of Chinese vocational education system.
