摘  要:安陆白花菜是湖北地方性经济作物,市场价值和药用价值都较高,本研究采用荧光原位杂交技术,对5SrDNA和45SrDNA在安陆白花菜有丝分裂中期染色体上的物理位置进行了定位分析。结果显示5SrDNA杂交信号1对,位于第11号染色体上长臂;45S杂交信号1对,位于第16号染色体上长臂。安陆白花菜的染色体数目为34条,染色体基数17,2A核型,核型公式为K(2n)=34=14m(2SAT)+20sm(2SAT),其中第11、16号染色体长臂末端带有随体,平均臂比1.733,最长染色体/最短染色体1.478,臂比大于2的比率29.41,核型不对称系数62.73,染色体相对长度组成为2L+12M2+20M1。As the local cash crop, the economic value and medicinal value of Cleome gynandra L. are superior. With the help of fluorescence in situ hybridization( FISH), we have located and analyzed the sites of the 5S and 45S rDNA on the mitotic metaphase chromosomes of Cleome gynandra L.. The results indicated that there were a pair of hybridization signals detected for 5S rDNA on the long arm of chromosome 11 ; two hybridization signals detected for 45S rDNA on the long arm of chrdmosome 16. The chromosome number of Cleome gynandra L. was 34, the basic chromosome number was x = 17 with the 2A karyotype. Karyotype formula was K (2n) = 34 = 14m (2SAT) +20sm(2SAT). And the eleventh pair and the sixteenth pair with the long arm of chromosome end had the trabant, the average arm ratio was 1. 733, the longest chromosome/shortest chromosome was 1. 478, the ratio of the arm greater than two was 29.41 ,karyotype asymmetry index was 62.73, relative length of choromsome was 2L + 12M2 +20M1.
