生长抑素在急性肠梗阻中使用时限的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨有效肠减压的有效性和生长抑素在有效肠减压中的使用时限;方法:选取2009年4月至2010年12月收治的肠梗阻病例46例,在常规治疗的基础上,使用生长抑素和营养支持的有效的肠减压方法,比较患者治疗前后腹痛腹胀症状改善情况,手术中转率,术中所见肠管水肿情况及治疗前、使用生长抑素后的血象、生化指标、X-ray变化情况。结果:使用生长抑素加肠外营养支持的有效肠减压明显改善临床症状,总的有效率高,可明显降低手术探查率,使用有效肠减压的平均有效时间约为5.3天。Object：To investigate the validity of the effective intestinal decompression and somatostatin treatment time .in the acute intestinal obstruction. Method： Select 46 cases of intestinal obstruction form April 2009 to December 2010. In addition to conventional treatment, use somatostatin and nutritional support to achieve effective bowel decompression. Make a comparison with symptoms of abdominal pain and bloating before and after the treatsurgical transfer rate, intestinal edema during surgery, the changes of hemogram, biochemical parameters, X - ray before treatment and after using somatostatin. Results： The use of somatostatin and nutritional support to achieve effective bowel decompression could significantly improve the clinical symptoms, can significantly reduce the rate of surgical exploration. The average effective time is about 5.3 days.
