摘 要:张力技术在卷材的分切、卷绕、复合等设备中应用非常广泛。以电容器薄膜分切机为对象,对其张力形成过程和张力控制及使用方法进行了详细地分析,建立起分切机在工作过程中张力变化的数学模型,并给出了定量计算。同时也研究了在整个分切过程中由于薄膜材料直径的变化而引起的张力变化及恒张力解决策略。The tension technology is widely used in the winding equipment for slitting, rewinding and compounding. In this article, the film slitting device in capacitor is taken as our research object to analyze in details the formation process and control as well as application method, set up a math- ematic model of tension variation during slitting process and gives quantitative calculation and, at the same time, analyzes solution strategy of tension variation and constant tension due to diameter varia- tion of film during the whole slitting process.
