摘　　要：通过对铸件结构分析,找出铸造难点,对原工艺进行工艺改进,并结合实践经验,借助模拟软件验证,设计出新的铸造工艺方案,并且加强工序过程质量控制,设计合理外冷铁,最终生产出高质量的合格铸件。The original casting process of swinging was improved by analyzing the casting structure to find out the production difficulities.The new process was designed according to the practice experience and using simulation software validation.The qualified castings with high quality were produced by strengthening process quality control and using reasonable outside chill.
