摘 要:基于专业化分工论、价值网论视角,从制造企业内的服务价值演化、生产性服务与制造业的融合演化、企业顾客供求关系演化等方面综述了制造服务价值演化过程的研究成果,探寻现有研究的普遍规律,并分析了未来的研究热点和方向,即制造服务跨界演化成为服务演化的重要发展趋势,需要不断探索资源社会化配置与专业化服务分工形成的服务演化模式,逐步完善制造服务的概念、特性并提出相关的运作模式。Based on the theory of specialization and value network,the existing research results on the evolution of manufacturing services are reviewed,including the evolution of service value in manufacturing enterprise,the integration evolution between production service and the manufacturing enterprise,and the evolution of supply and demand relationship between manufacturing enterprise and the customer.The universal law of existing research is explored and the focus and direction of further research are pointed out: since the cross-border's manufacturing service evolution has become an important development trend of service evolution,constant improving of the service evolution modes of resource social allocation and professional services division is needed;gradual improving of the concept and property of manufacturing services and proposing the associated mode of operation are necessary.
