复合型医药人才培养与创新医药教育模式的关系

摘　　要：复合型医药人才培养要求创新医药教育模式。在教学改革中探索新的教育模式时应注意把握三点:在课程设置上,医药基础课、专业理论课、技能教育课与人文社会科学教育课比例适当,作用并重;在授课过程中,医药知识的传授要与医德、医药人文知识相结合;在医药技能训练和临床实习中,临床技能讲授要贯穿"以人为本"的教育理念。Complex medical talents requires the innovation of medical education mode.In the innovative process three points should be paid attention to.In the curriculum setting,appropriate proportion and equal function should be paid attention to the course of Basic,theory and skills.In the medical knowledge teaching should combine with the knowledge teaching of medical ethics and human spirits.In the process of skills training and clinical practice,the human-oriented ideas should run through the skills training.
