药学专业毕业生就业情况分析

摘　　要：随着医药行业的迅速发展,从事医药行业工作人员的不断增多,医药招生规模的不断扩大,近几年药学市场出现人才逐渐饱和的现象,药学专业毕业生将面临就业竞争激烈的严峻挑战。该文分析药学专业毕业生就业现状,对完善药学专业实习指导工作、提高药学专业在校生的综合素质、药学专业毕业生就业水平进行探讨。With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,there is an increasing number of people working in this area,more and more students are enrolled in a pharmaceutical college.It＇s noted in recent years,the numbers of graduates majored in pharmacy is a bit over market needs,this results in a serious challenge for those graduates to be employed in a competitive environment.This paper focuses on the analysis of the investigationresults for graduates majored in pharmacy in our college,discussion about the employment status and trend,proposals on the improvement of intership guidance,comprehensive qualification of students and employment levels.
