摘 要:核心力量训练是短跑训练中较为热门的训练方法,其功能是通过控制身体重心,使人体核心部位保持稳定,传递运动中的有效力量,减少无效做功,可以作为短跑传统力量训练的补充.通过对核心力量的阐释,详细探讨了核心力量对现代短跑技术的作用,提出短跑核心力量训练理论及方法,以期为短跑技术的教学与训练提供理论和实践参考.Core training is a popular training method.Its main function is to train the object to control the barycenter of the body,stabilize the core parts of it and pass the effective force in the movement to reduce the ineffective work,which can make up for the deficiency of the core area of the body in traditional training.Through the interpretation of core strength,and the discussion on the important role of it in the modern theory of sprint techniques and the relationship of it with the techniques,certain training methods of core strength for sprinting training and the theory about it are proposed so as to provide some theoretical and practical informations for the teaching and training of the sprinting techniques.
