黄芪与复方丹参注射液联合治疗非增生期糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗非增生期糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法将46例共88眼(双眼42例、单眼4例)2型糖尿病并发糖尿病性视网膜病变患者随机分为2组。对照组单用饮食控制加口服降糖药或胰岛素治疗,治疗组则加用0.9%NaCl 250 mL加黄芪注射液30 mL及复方丹参注射液20 mL,静脉滴注,每日1次;两组均以2周为1个疗程,连续观察2个疗程。治疗前后分别检测空腹和餐后2 h静脉血浆葡萄糖、视力及眼底荧光血管造影检查。结果治疗组比对照组的眼底病变改善者明显增多,恶化者明显减少(P<0.01)。结论在稳定控制血糖的情况下,黄芪注射液联合复方丹参注射液对非增生期糖尿病性视网膜病变有较好的防治效果。Objective To investigate the curative effects of astragalus injection combined with salviae miltiorrhizae compound injection on nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 46 patients（88 eyes） with diabetic retinopathy of I-III phase were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in control group were used the diet control and the oral administration or insulin treatment to control blood glucose,and in treatment group blood glucose was controlled with the same way in control group add with Astragalus injection 30 mL compound salviae miltiorrhizae injection 20 mL in physiological saline 250 mL,ivbydrip Qd,2 weeks as a treatment course,and 2 treatment courses continuously.Fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,central vision acuity and Fundus Fluorescein Angiography were measured before and after the treatment.Results The central vision acuity and retinopathy conditions in treatment group were significant improved than in the control group,and were less worsen than in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The astragalus injection combined with salviae miltiorrhizae compound injection is effective for nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy when the blood glucose is controlled in normal condition.
