摘　　要：目的探讨祛腐生肌法促进低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效与安全性。方法将100例低位单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组(祛腐生肌换药组)和对照组(贝复济换药组),分别进行消炎油纱-生肌油纱和rb-bFGF喷洒换药治疗,比较2组创面愈合率、创面颜色及创面分泌物情况等。结果 2组在创面愈合率、创面肉芽状态评分、创面分泌物评分等均无显著性差异,且均未见不良反应。结论祛腐生肌法可促进肛瘘术后创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦,应用安全。Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect and safety of Qufu Shengji treatment for promoting wound surface healing after low-set simple anal fistula surgery.Methods One hundred cases of patients undergoing low-set simple anal fistula surgery were randomly divided into treatment group（Qufu Shengji change dressing group） and control group（Beifuji change dressing group）,and they were treated with dephlogisticating oil bandage＋ Shengji oil bandage and rb-bFGF by squirting respectively,then the healing rate of wound surface,wound surface color and wound surface secretions between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in wound surface healing rate,wound surface granulation scores,wound surface secretions scores,and no side effect was found in both groups.Conclusion Qufu Shengji treatment can safely promote wound surface healing and relieve patient＇s pain after anal fistula surgery.
