摘　　要：就烟草行业"精益物流"管理体系建设进行了较详尽的阐述,分析了精益物流的含义、烟草行业精益物流建设的主要内容、实施条件,并最终建立多层次、多模块、不断循环上升的烟草行业精益物流管理体系模型。The paper first introduces in detail the construction of lean logistics management system in tobacco industry,analyzes the concept of lean logistics as well as the main content and conditions of implementation of tobacco industry lean logistics sysem and finally formulates a model for the lean logistics managementy of tobacco industry that is multi-layered,multi-modular and continuously and circularly improving.
