摘　　要：目的探讨尼莫地平联合局部亚低温对颅脑外伤术后脑血管痉挛的防治作用。方法将颅脑外伤手术患者按入院后手术先后顺序分为对照组、治疗1组(术中生理盐水冲洗,术后静脉应用尼莫地平及局部亚低温)、治疗2组(术中尼莫地平冲洗,术后静脉应用尼莫地平及术后局部亚低温治疗)。术后第1、3、7、15天检测手术侧大脑中动脉平均血流速度。结果各组手术侧大脑中动脉平均血流速度比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论尼莫地平联合局部亚低温对颅脑外伤术后脑血管痉挛疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of nimodipine combined with mild hypothermia on patients who undergo vasospasm after operation of brain trauma.Methods The patients were divided into three groups by the admitted orders：the treatment 1 group（saline water washing in the operation,nimodipine combined with mild hypothermia after operation）,the treatment 2 group（nimodipine washing in the operation,nimodipine combined with mild hypothermia after operation）and the control group.The blood flow velocity of middle cerebry artery at 1,3,7,15 days after operation was recorded.Results There were significant differences in the blood flow velocity of middle ceretry artery between the groups.Conclusion Nimodipine combined with mild hypothermia is an effective method to treat patients with vasospasm after operation of brain trauma.
