摘　　要：教学管理规章是地方本科院校实现教育目标管理,提高教学质量的重要保障。本文从我国地方本科院校教学管理规章的现状入手,分析了地方本科院校教学管理规章的实施现状,进一步剖析了影响地方本科院校教学管理规章实施的因素,在此基础上对教学管理规章提出了引入柔性管理理念、加强整合教学资源、科学遵循教育规律等未来发展的设想。Teaching affairs＇ regulations provides an essential guarantee for the management of educational objectives and improvement of teaching quality in local colleges and universities.Current implementation of teaching affairs＇ regulations is analyzed and relevant factors are studied in the article.Furthermore,such possible ways for the improvement of current regulations are proposed such as introducing the concept of flexible management,strengthening integration of teaching resources and following educational laws scientifically.
