摘  要:最早提出"意境"这一美学范畴的是唐代的王昌龄。之后历经皎然、刘禹锡、谢赫、司空图、笪重光,意境理论不断深化。概括而言,其核心内涵有两层:一是情景交融;二是虚实相生。《红楼梦》在意境营造上处处体现着意境理论的精髓。它注重物境、事境、人境与情之交融;在语言上常常体现虚实相生。正因为深得精髓,《红楼梦》极富深意,宛如一座冰山,让后人流连忘返,不断探索其中奥妙。Wang Changling of Tang Dynasty was the first scholar to propose the aesthetical category 'artistic conception' which was successively developed by Jiao Ran,Liu Yuxi,Xie He,Situ Kong,and Da Chongguang.Generally speaking,it comprises two kernal connotations: the blending of feeling with setting,and the interrelations between emptiness and substantiality.The essence of artistic conception theory can be found here and there in the novel A Dream of Red Mansions,which attaches importance to the blending of objects,things,and human with feelings and to the interrelations between emptiness and substantiality embodied in language.This makes the novel especially meaningful and profound.
