合作还是创新?企业家精神对动态能力的影响——基于广东温氏的经验发现

摘　　要：本文以广东温氏及其112家二级半公司为研究对象,对企业家精神如何影响动态能力进行实证研究.结果表明:合作精神也是企业家精神不可分割的重要组成部分,在制度不够完善的条件下,合作精神甚至比创新精神更为重要;合作精神对于创新精神具有积极作用;合作精神与创新精神,对于企业动态能力均具有正面的影响;与创新精神相比,合作精神对于动态能力的促进作用更为明显.Based on 112 enterprises of Guangdong Wens, it conducts an investigation on the impact of entrepreneurship to dynamic capabilities. The results show that cooperation spirit is an indispensable part of entrepreneurship as important as innovation spirit, particularly under the situation of institutional defect. Cooperation spirit has a positive effect on innovation spirit. Both cooperation spirit and innovation spirit have constructive impacts on dynamic capabilities of enterprises, Compared with innovation spirit, cooperation spirit promotes dynamic capabilities better.
