摘 要:对施工升降机减振性能进行分析,建立减振系统的振动模型和方程。提出3种不同的减振方案,计算获得各方案系统对激励的响应,比较减振前后系统的响应,分析各方案的减振效果。综合考虑影响减振的因素,建立减振方案的模糊评价方法,对3种方案进行模糊综合评价,获得最优减振方案。研究结果和方法可为施工升降机的减振分析提供参考。There is increasing concern about vibration reduction design of the construction hoist as the important vertical conveying machinery. The purpose of this study was to analyze the vibration reduction of the construction hoist. The vibration mechanical model and equation of the reduction vibration system were established. Three vibration reduction schemes were proposed and the system's response of the different schemes had been obtained by the vibration equation. The vibration reduction effects of the different schemes were analyzed by comparing with the system's response before and after vibration reduction. Finally, considered the vibration's influence factor, the fuzzy evaluation method of the vibration reduction schemes was built and optimal scheme was acquired by fuzzy integrated evaluation. The findings and the method may provide some reference for vibration reduction analysis of the construct hoist.
