摘　　要：80年代以来,高职教育日益蓬勃发展,大力发展高职教育,加快人力资源开发,是全面提高国民素质,把我国巨大人口压力转化为人力资源优势,提升我国综合国力、构建和谐社会的重要途径的需要。我们需要大批各个方面的中初级的专门人才,大批高素质的劳动者,因此需大力发展职业教育。职业教育的基本问题研究的意义在于加深人们对职业教育的认识,指导职业教育的实践。职业教育也只有放在教育这个大的体系里,并与普通教育相比较、相沟通,才能进一步提高教育的真正意义。高等教育强调了理论性,实践性不够强,也需要进一步的借鉴职业教育的实践教学模式,才能够更进一步的满足受教育者的需要。Since the 1980s,with the vocational education vigorous development,vigorously develop vocational education,accelerating human resource development,is comprehensively improve the nationals quality,to convert the hugly pressure of China＇s population into human resources,to enhance China＇s comprehensive national strength,an important way to build a harmonious society needs.The basic problem of vocational education research is to deepen people＇s sense of understanding of vocational education,to guide the practice of vocational education.Only on the large education system,and compared and communicated with the general education,it improves the quality of education.Higher Education emphasized the theoretical,Practice not strong,also need to further learn the practice of teaching model,further meet the needs of the educated.
