摘　　要：目的 探讨农村初中生的心理健康状况,为做好农村儿童心理卫生保健工作提供依据.方法 分别采用〈心理健康诊断测试〉（MHT）和〈艾森克个性问卷〉对合肥市长丰县某农村初级中学433名学生进行调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析.结果 ①农村初中生女生较男生更容易出现心理问题,除自责倾向外,其他几个分量表得分男女之间均有显著性差异（均P〈0.05）;②不同年级的儿童心理状况有一定的差异,刚升初中的儿童发生心理问题的风险较大,学习焦虑、自责倾向、恐怖倾向和冲动倾向得分明显高于初中二年级,经比较均有极显著性差异（均P〈0.01）;③父、母亲文化程度可对儿童心理健康产生影响,父、母亲文化程度越低,心理问题发生率就越高,以父亲的文化程度影响为显著;④精神质、内外向得分越高,心理问题的发生率越大.结论 不同性别、不同年级、父母亲不同的文化程度对初中生心理健康均可产生影响;个性特征亦影响初中生的心理健康.Objective To explore the mental health status of rural middle school students so as to provide scientific basis for rural children＇ s mental health care. Methods 433 students of one rural middle school in Changfeng County of Hefei City were investigated with mental health testing （MHT） and eysenck personality questionnaire （EPQ）, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Girls were more likely to suffer from psychological problems than boys. Except for the score on self-blaming tendency, the differences in other subscale scores between boys and girls were significant （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. There were certain differences in mental health status among children of different grades. Students who just coming to middle school took comparatively greater risk of psychological problems. Their scores on learning anxiety, self-blaming tendency, terror tendency and impulsion tendency were obviously higher than junior middle school students＇. The difference was extremely significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Parental education could affect the mental health of children, and the lower the parental education was, the higher the incidence of psychological problems was. The impact of father＇ s education was more significant. The higher the P-Scale and E-Scale scores were, the higher the incidence of psychological problems was. Conclusion Mental health of rural middle school students was effected by gender, grade, parental education and personality characteristics.
