摘　　要：采用文献计量学的方法,对《食品工业科技》2008～2010年间载文、作者和引文等三个方面的载文量等多项指标进行了统计分析。同时,针对该刊的不足,提出了相应的建议,以期推动刊物办刊质量的持续改善和发展。The method of bibliometrics was used to make a statistical analysis on published papers,authors and citations of the Journal of Science and Technology of Food Industry in the period of 2008 ~ 2010.Meanwhile,for the shortage of the journal,the appropriate recommendations were made in order to promote continuous improvement in the quality of the magazine publication.
