摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤患者多次反复输血对交叉配血的影响。方法收集内江市第一人民医院治疗的149例肿瘤患者以及134例非肿瘤患者,分为肿瘤组和非肿瘤组,而肿瘤组中根据输血次数,又分为输血2~5次组和输血6次以上组,采用微柱凝胶法和凝聚胺法对其配血情况进行研究分析。结果①无论是采用微柱凝胶法还是凝聚胺法,肿瘤组和非肿瘤组之间相合率差别均有统计学意义,P<0.05;肿瘤组,微柱凝胶法与凝聚胺法相比,差别有统计学意义,P<0.05。②无论是采用微柱凝胶法还是凝聚胺法,输血2~5次组和输血6次以上组之间相合率差别均有统计学意义,P<0.05;输血6次以上组,微柱凝胶法与凝聚胺法相比,差别有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论肿瘤患者配血相合率低于非肿瘤患者,随着输血次数及输血量的增加,肿瘤患者配血相合率也降低,微柱凝胶法在交叉配血实验中的敏感性高于凝聚胺法。Objective To study the effect of misoprostol in treatment of artificial abortion.Methods 149 tumor patients and 134 no-cancer patients were collected, 149 tumor patients were divided into two groups according to infarct size. To comparing the white blood cell count between the groups; 162 patients were divided into three groups according to the numbers of blood transfusion, a group of blood transfusion 2-5 times and another group of blood transfusion more than 6 times, crossmatching was performed by microcolumn gel test(MGT) and moditying polybrene test(MPT). Results ①There was obviously statistical difference in the consistency rate between the tumor groups and the no-cancer group(P〈0.05), no matter which crossmatching method was used; There was obviously statistical difference in the consistency rate between the result of two crossmatching methods in the tumor group(P〈0.05); ② There was obviously statistical difference in the consistency rate between the 2-5 times blood transfusion group and the more than 6 times blood transfusion group(P〈0.05),no matter which crossmatching method was used; There was obviously statistical difference in the consistency rate between the result of two crossmatching methods in the more than 6 times blood transfusion group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The tumor patients have lower crossmatching consistency rate than the no-cancer patients; the crossmatching consistency rate of the tumor patients reduced with the increase of the number of blood transfusions; the MGT is more sensitive than MPT in crossmatching of blood.
