摘  要:目的:调查分析粤东地区妇女HPV感染率及其亚型的分布,有利于建立和完善粤东地区妇女的HPV监测体系。方法:采用凯普的基因芯片导流杂交HPV DNA基因分型检测法和亚能生物HPV基因分型检测法,本文共检测3304例标本,其中汕头市中心医院对2122例样本进行21种HPV亚型(凯普)的检测与分析,附二院对1182例(包括肿瘤医院28例)样本进行23种HPV亚型(亚能)的检测与分析。结果:中心医院2122例受检者HPV阳性例数为523例,总阳性率为24.7%,高危型感染的主要型别是HPV16、HPV52、HPV58;附二院1182例受检者HPV阳性例数为351例,总阳性率为29.7%,高危型感染的主要型别是HPV52、HPV16、HPV58。结论:粤东地区妇女HPV有较高的感染率,高危型感染的主要型别是HPV16、HPV52、HPV58;感染率分别为23.5%、21.5%1、3.5%。Objective: To research and analyze the infection rate of HPV and the geographical distribution of subtypes of HPV infection,to build up and perfect the HPV detecting system of women in eastern Guangdong. Method: Applying HybriMa and Yaneng biological gene typing technology,Shantou Central Hospital test and analyze 21 HPV subtypes in 2122 cervical smear samples of women in eastern Guangdong(using HybriMa),and the Second Hospital Affiliated to Shantou University test and analyze 23 HPV subtypes in 1182 cervical smear samples(among the samples 28 were tested by Shantou cancer hospital) of women in eastern Guangdong(using Yaneng biological gene typing technology). Result: 523 of the 2122 tested samples of Central Hospital were positive,with the positive ratio of 24.7%,and the main high risk infection types include HPV16,HPV52 and HPV58.351 of the 1182 tested samples of the Second Hospital were positive,with the positive ratio of 29.7%,and the main high risk infection types include HPV52,HPV16 and HPV58. Conclusion: HPV infection rate is high among women in eastern Guangdong.The main high risk infection types are HPV16,HPV52 and HPV58,and the infection rate is 30.6%,22.2% and 15.1% respectively.
