摘 要:高新技术企业作为自主创新的主力军,是知识产权创造及运用的实施主体,是知识产权市场价值的实现者,知识产权竞争力是其核心竞争力的重要组成部分。文章以竞争力理论为指导,认知高新技术企业知识产权竞争力"以自主创新能力为核心"的内涵;以系统论为视角,解构高新技术企业知识产权竞争力的结构模块,旨在有效地运用知识产权资源,提升高新技术企业的竞争优势,实现转型升级。As the main force of technology innovation,high-tech enterprises become the subject of creating and operating intellectual property rights(IP),as well as the implementers of intellectual property’s market value,and intellectual property competitiveness is the important component of high-tech enterprises’ core competitiveness.Guided by the theory of competitiveness,the intellectual property competitiveness of hi-tech enterprises is defined,with the connotation of independent innovation.Then,setting the system theory as view angle,the structure module of high-tech enterprises’ intellectual property competitiveness is deconstructed,aiming to use intellectual property resources effectively,improving the competitive advantage of high-technology enterprises and realizing the transition and upgrade of high-technology enterprises
