摘　　要：目的探讨通过胃镜治疗上消化道异物的方法及效果。方法采用胃镜行上消化道异物取出术。结果共413例上消化道异物患者,均成功取出异物,成功率100%,无上消化道穿孔、大出血、纵膈穿孔等严重并发症。大部分患者术后观察30 min,无异常离院,10例患者留观24～72 h后离院。结论经内镜治疗上消化道异物简单有效,安全可靠。Objective To explore the methods and value of endoscopic removal foreign bodies in upper digestive tract.Methods The upper digestive tract foreign bodies were extracted by gastroscope and other equipment.Results Four hundred and thirteen cases with foreign bodies in digestive tract were successfully removed.None of patients emerged complications such as bleeding,perforation.Most patients were observed for 30 minutes after surgery,10 patients were observed in the in-patient department for 24~72 hours.Conclusion Gastroscopic removal foreign body in upper digestive tract is effective and safe.
