摘　　要：目的研究半乳糖凝集素3(galectin-3)、C-erbB-2和上皮型钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)在胃癌中表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测44例原发性胃癌组织及其癌旁组织galectin-3、C-erbB-2及E-cadherin的表达。结果胃癌中galectin-3阳性率为84.1%,显著高于对照组的40.0%;有淋巴结转移组的表达率为93.5%,显著高于无淋巴结转移组的61.5%(P<0.05)。胃癌中C-erbB-2的阳性率为61.4%,显著高于对照组的10.0%;浸润全层组为69.4%,显著高于仅浸润黏膜、肌层组的25.0%(P<0.05)。胃癌中E-cadherin阳性率为68.2%,显著低于对照组的95.0%(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移组的表达率58.1%,明显低于无淋巴结转移组的92.3%(P<0.05)。结论 Galectin-3、C-erbB-2和E-cadherin的异常表达和胃癌的发生、进展及转移有关。Objective To study the expression and significance of Galectin-3,C-erbB-2 and E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expressions of galectin-3,C-erbB-2 and E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma（group A） and tumor-adjacent normal tissues（group B） were detected by immunohistochemical SP technique in 44 patients with primary gastric carcinoma.Results The positive rate of galectin-3 was higher in group A than that in group B（84.1% vs.40.0%）,which in group A was higher with lymph node metastasis than that without（93.5% vs.61.5%）（P0.05）.The positive rate of C-erbB-2 was higher in group A than that in group B（61.4% vs.10.0%）,which in group A was higher with whole layer invasion than that with muscle layer invasion only（69.4% vs.25.0%）（P0.05）.The positivity rate of E-cadherin was lower in group A than that in group B（68.2% vs.95.0%）,which in group A was lower with lymph node metastasis than that without（58.1% vs.92.3%）（P0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal expressions of galectin-3,C-erbB-2 and E-cadherin may be involved in the occurrence,prograss and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
