摘 要:目的探讨胆囊癌组织中乙酰肝素酶表达与胆囊癌临床病理参数及微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测61例胆囊癌组织中乙酰肝素酶及CD34的表达,分析其与胆囊癌临床病理参数及微血管密度的相关性。结果有淋巴结转移和TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅴ期者胆囊癌组织中乙酰肝素酶阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移和Ⅰ~Ⅱ期者(P<0.05)。乙酰肝素酶表达阳性者MVD值明显高于表达阴性者(P<0.01)。结论胆囊癌组织中乙酰肝素酶呈高表达,且与胆囊癌转移及临床分期有关;乙酰肝素酶能促进胆囊癌的转移及血管生成。Objective To study the correlation of heparanase expression in gallbladder cancer with clinicopathologic parameters and microvessel density(MVD).Methods The expressions of heparanase and CD34 were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 61 cases with gallbladder cancer.The correlation of heparanase expression and clinicopathologic parameters and MVD was analysed.Results The positive expression rate of heparanase in gallbladder cancer was higher in the patients with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅴ than that in those without lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(P0.05).MVD in gallbladder cancer was higher in the cases with positive expression of heparanase than that in those with negetive expression(P0.05).ConclusionHeparanase is highly expressed in gallbladder cancer,which is related to metastasis and clinical stages of gallbladder cancer.Heparanase can promote the metastasis and angiogenesis of gallbladder cancer.
