摘 要:目的:总结运用CEREC inLab牙科CAD/CAM系统设计与制作复杂全瓷固定桥修复体的操作体会。方法:临床选择50例患者共53件固定桥,通过Sirona inEos计算机印模采集系统获取诊断蜡型的三维数据,将其与固定桥工作区模型数据拟合,基于inLab V 3.60软件的Reduced程序设计并制作精确的氧化锆内冠支架,采用饰瓷完成最终修复体,最后按照改良的USPHS标准对修复体进行评价。结果:经过6~12个月的随访观察,所有氧化锆全瓷固定桥修复体临床检查边缘密合,未出现崩瓷或折裂现象,患者对修复体的外形与颜色满意。结论:运用仿型技术制作的全瓷固定桥支架外形可控,为饰瓷预留空间合理,有助于提高氧化锆全瓷修复体的质量。Objective:To evaluate the effects of complicated all-ceramic posterior fixed partial denture(FPD) fabricated by CEREC inLab CAD/CAM system.Methods:50 patients with 53 unit restorations were enrolled in this study.First,all frameworks were manually fabricated on the master cast out of wax similar to the metal-ceramic technique.Then,the shape of wax frameworks and abutment teeth was captured and digitized by Sirona inEos system,each individually shaped framework to grant a uniform thickness to the ceramic veneer was created based on the reduced program of inLab V 3.60 software.All restorations were veneered with VITA VM9 and evaluated at baseline,6 and 12 months after placement using modified USPHS criteria.Results:During the 6 to 12 month follow-up,none of the FPDs had to be replaced due to framework fracture or unrestorable delamination of the ceramic veneer,the shape and colour of all restorations were satisfied.Conclusion:Zirconia frameworks demonstrated sufficient stability for all-ceramic fixed partial denture using prototype processing technology.
