摘　　要：目前寻找高效低毒的天然植物成分是抗癌药物研究的重要方向。天然皂苷是存在于自然界的一类复杂的苷类化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、免疫调节等广泛的药理学活性。近年报道多种皂苷具有显著的抗肿瘤活性,其抗肿瘤作用和机制在不断深入研究中,天然皂苷有望成为一类抗癌新药。Screening drags with high efficiency and low toxicity of the natural plant ingredients is the current focus in anti-cancer drug research.Natural saponins is a class of complex glycosides compound that exists in nature,with a wide range of pharmacological activity,including anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,immune regulation.The studies in recent years indicate many saponins are significantly effective in anti-tumor.Its effect and mechanisms on anti-tumor have been investigated,so natural saponins is expected to become a new anticancer drug.
