摘　　要：目的:Survivin是一种凋亡抑制基因,是凋亡抑制基因家族中分子量最小而抗凋亡作用最强的成员。其表达具有特异性,即在几乎所有恶性肿瘤组织都存在高表达,而在正常成人组织中不表达。Survivin具有抑制细胞凋亡,调控细胞周期,促进细胞分化以及增强血管发生的多重作用,参与了结直肠癌的发生与发展,并与其诊断、治疗和预后相关。Survivin已成为具有潜在价值的肿瘤标志物和肿瘤治疗的新靶点,在大肠癌诊断及治疗方面具有广阔前景。Survivin gene is a member of apoptosis gene family and survivin protein played an important role in inhibiting apoptosis,controlling cell cycle,promoting cell differentiation and angiogenesis.Survivin not only involves in the genesis and development of colorectal cancer,but also relates with diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer.Survivin had become a tumor marker and a new target to cancer therapy with potential value,it has broad prospects in diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
